Dutch pianist Martijn van den Hoek will play in Osaka again on Tuesday, November 28. This time, he will perform at Phoenix Hall, in Umeda, a short walk from Osaka’s wonderful Dutch restaurant “Oude Kaas”.
Van den Hoek will perform pieces by Schumann, Chopin and Liszt.
Van den Hoek is by now a familiar figure as he has been performing in Osaka almost every year since 1987. His wife is a Japanese pianist. They live in Vienna and Van den Hoek teaches piano in Utrecht.
